We stayed at Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON for the third time, and once again, everything was great! The staff are just amazing — super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, even with things that go beyond their responsibilities. You really feel that they care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. It had everything we needed: air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, bathroom essentials, and a big comfy bed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Kuta Beach and a shopping mall, so there's always something to do. Since the hotel is right on Legian Street, it's easy to get around by taxi or motorbike. A really nice surprise was a complimentary one-hour spa session from the hotel. It was such a relaxing experience — definitely recommend checking it out! Overall, Harper Kuta is a fantastic place not only for short stays but also for longer ones. They know how to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

The location was a good location in Kuta that was convenient to most things like restaurants and markets. The value was also very good. Our room was a superior twin room and was very clean. The hotel provided drinking water fountains in the lobby and hallways so you can refill your water bottles which was a bonus. The buffet breakfast was also decent and they varied some dishes each day which is good. We got a room at the back of the building away from the night club and main road noises so it was quiet.

Location is definitely in the heart of Kuta and not too far from Kuta beach although I didn't have the time to walk there. Housekeeping clean the room every day of my 3 night stay. Freeflow of hot & cold drinking water is available by multiple filtered water dispenser located at every corner of each floor. Pillows are comfortable.

The staff, particularly the security team out the front of the hotel were very lovely and would remind us to be safe when walking around at nights which I felt was a genuine sweet reminder. Loved the late pool swims which closes at 10pm. Other 2 locations had pools closed at 7pm.

The hotel staffs were warm & friendly, the hotel was located a little bit inside from the main road so it was peaceful at night & offers privacy.
